Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using GrowLoop's AI-powered Instagram customer support platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Description of Service
GrowLoop provides an AI-powered customer support platform specifically designed for Indian D2C brands. Our Service includes:
- Automated Instagram Direct Message responses in English and Hinglish
- Integration with Shopify stores for real-time product information
- COD (Cash on Delivery) order processing and support
- AI-powered customer inquiry resolution
- Analytics and insights dashboard
- Human escalation and handoff capabilities
User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using our Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Business Use
Our Service is intended for business use by D2C brands, e-commerce stores, and similar commercial entities. Personal use for non-commercial purposes may be restricted.
Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Uses
- Using the Service for legitimate customer support purposes
- Connecting your Instagram Business account and Shopify store
- Processing customer inquiries and orders through the platform
- Accessing analytics and performance insights
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI algorithms
Third-Party Integrations & Platform Compliance
Instagram & Meta Platform Integration
Data Access & Permissions
By connecting your Instagram Business account, you explicitly grant GrowLoop permission to:
- Read and respond to Instagram Direct Messages sent to your business account
- Access basic profile information (business name, profile picture, account details)
- Send automated AI-generated responses to customer inquiries
- Analyze message patterns for AI improvement and business insights
Platform Compliance
- Full compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies
- Adherence to Instagram Basic Display API and Instagram Graph API guidelines
- Limited to legitimate business communication purposes only
- No access to personal posts, stories, or non-business related content
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure your Instagram account complies with Instagram's Terms of Service
- Use the Service only for legitimate customer support and business communications
- Obtain proper consent from customers for automated responses where required
- You may disconnect the integration at any time through your dashboard or Instagram settings
E-commerce Platform Integration
When you connect your Shopify or other e-commerce store, you authorize us to access product, order, and customer data necessary for providing automated support responses. You must comply with the respective platform's Terms of Service and API guidelines.
Data Deletion & User Rights
In compliance with Meta's requirements and privacy regulations, you have the right to:
- Request deletion of your Instagram data by emailing privacy@growloop.ai
- Access and export your conversation data through your dashboard
- Disconnect your Instagram account at any time

Subscription and Payments
Subscription Plans
Our Service is offered through various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.
Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
Refunds and Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including our AI algorithms, software, design, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. We retain all rights to our technology and innovations.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your business data, customer information, and content. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data to provide our services and improve our AI capabilities.
Service Availability and Support
Service Level
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Customer Support
We provide customer support through email and in-app messaging during business hours (IST). Premium subscribers may receive priority support and additional support channels.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GrowLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015.
